Założenia projektowe

Schronisko zostało zaplanowane jako zbiór wolnostojących budynków w zespole ukształtowanym na planie okręgu wokół centralnego punktu spotkań jakim jest palenisko. Budynki, o niewielkich gabarytach, przykryte dwuspadowymi dachami na kamiennych cokołach nawiązują do tradycyjnej górskiej osady. Organiczna, zaokrąglona, rozbita forma stawia mniejszy opór siłom przyrody pozwalając na naturalny przepływ wiatru czy wody deszczowej, oraz na swobodne przemieszczanie się górskich pielgrzymów.
